Thunderbird Motel Yass is seeking a friendly and reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Yass, NSW.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating clean, comfortable and welcoming spaces for our guests.
Experience is not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided. What we value most is a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic and a friendly smile.
In this role, you will help ensure guest rooms and hotel areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard.
As our next team member, you will:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to the required hotel standards.
- Ensure rooms are presented clean, tidy and ready for arriving guests.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with WHS requirements.
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as required.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and take pride in your work.
- Follow hotel and company policies and procedures.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is highly desirable but not essential – training will be provided.
- A positive, reliable and can-do attitude.
- The ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- A friendly and professional approach to guests and team members.
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays where required.
