We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client on a contract basis, supporting a dynamic and evolving business through a period of growth and transformation.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leaders across the business, providing both strategic and operational HR support while helping to build leadership capability, strengthen workforce effectiveness, and support organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with leaders to provide expert HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach and mentor emerging leaders to build people management capability, confidence, and effectiveness.
- Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure the business is positioned to meet current and future talent demands.
- Lead and facilitate succession planning activities to develop internal talent pipelines.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations, and workplace issues.
- Assist leaders in navigating organisational change and workforce challenges.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of people-focused initiatives that enhance culture, engagement, and performance.
- Ensure HR practices align with employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice principles.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Significant experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role.




- Strong generalist HR capability across employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and talent management.
- Demonstrated success partnering with operational and business leaders to achieve people and business outcomes.
- Proven experience coaching, influencing, and developing emerging leaders.
- Strong workforce planning and succession planning expertise.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to HR.
- The ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong partnerships across all levels of an organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

Highly Regarded

- Previous experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or operationally focused environments.
- Experience working with frontline workforces and leaders within fast-paced operational settings.
- Exposure to organisational change, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
