We're looking for a People & Culture Manager / HR Business Partner to be the heartbeat of our people function and help us build an incredible employee experience as we continue to grow.

What makes this role different?

This isn't a role where you'll be buried in paperwork.

You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a coach to managers, a champion for our culture and the go-to person for everything people-related across the employee lifecycle.

You'll work closely with our COO and leadership team, have a seat at the table, influence business decisions and help shape the future of our workplace, including exciting AI and transformation projects already underway.

About You

You might currently be a:

- HR Business Partner
- People & Culture Generalist ready for the next step
- Emerging P&C; Manager looking for greater ownership

You bring around 3-5 years' HR experience, enjoy building relationships, can navigate employee relations conversations with confidence, and love finding practical solutions to people challenges. You will be comfortable in a stand-alone P&C; role balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
