Skillset is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our client’s team in Dubbo. Work within a well-established business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship across the Central West.

About You
You're a trade-qualified Welder/Fabricator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys variety in your day. You're reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working across a range of fabrication and welding projects.
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Trade qualifications in Fabrication, Boilermaking or Welding
- Experience with MIG, TIG and Stick welding processes
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- A current Driver Licence
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication work across a range of projects
- Fabricate and assemble components from technical drawings
- Work with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
- Carry out repairs, modifications and general workshop duties
- Operate fabrication machinery and workshop equipment
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Permanent full-time position with long-term stability
- Monthly RDOs and regular overtime opportunities
