VICPROP is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Full-Time Leasing Consultant to join our Melbourne CBD office.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about real estate, enjoys working with people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service. You will play an important role in managing the leasing process and supporting the growth of our property management business.
About the Role
Act as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, handling enquiries via phone, email and in person.
Conduct property inspections and assist with tenancy applications and sign-ups.
Prepare lease documentation and coordinate property keys and property presentation.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants and relocation companies.
Follow up with prospective tenants and manage leasing leads to maximise leasing opportunities.
Support the property management team with day-to-day leasing activities.
Assist with prospecting and business development activities to contribute to portfolio growth.
Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure all leasing processes are completed efficiently and professionally.
About You
Previous experience in Property Management or as a Leasing Consultant in the real estate industry is essential.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet leasing targets.
A proactive, motivated and positive attitude.
Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
A valid Agent’s Representative Certificate is required.
A current driver’s licence is required.
