Chery Chadstone (Chadstone Motor Group) is seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our dealership's sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer experience outcomes located in Oakleigh VIC. Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets
n
- Manage CRM processes, sales pipelines and lead conversion activities
n
- Develop and implement local marketing and promotional campaigns
n
- Support high-value negotiations, pricing and stock management
n
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve escalated customer concerns
n
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and business insights
n
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies,



consumer legislation and OEM requirements

Skills & Experience:

n

n
- Proven experience managing sales teams within an automotive dealership workplace
n
- Strong knowledge of vehicle sales, CRM systems, finance and insurance products
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
n
- Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results
n
- Strong understanding of customer service and team development
n

n

Salary range is $75,000-$90,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 3rd of September 2026 and closes on 3rd of October 2026.
