Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and guide them on local attractions with warm, skilled service.

You will work a rotating roster across days including weekends, with shifts from early morning to evening. Exceptional communication and a proactive approach to guest needs are required.
