Program Support Officer
Employment type -Full-time - Temporary until 30 June 2028
Salary - Clerk Grade 3/4 $87,199 -$95,482 per annum + superannuation
Location - Parramatta Hybrid 50%
Your role
The role will be responsible for performing various administrative activities supporting Major and Specialised Projects team as required in the effective and efficient delivery of respective projects and programs such as capital works upgrade projects, fire and termite damaged restoration projects, acquisition upgrade program and demolition program.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and support the delivery of compliance, upgrade and property-related projects, ensuring milestones, client needs and business outcomes are achieved.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, databases and financial records, including purchase orders, invoices and program status updates.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers to resolve issues, support project implementation and maintain effective working relationships.
- Contribute to auditing, monitoring and reporting activities, providing accurate financial and operational insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Participate in team collaboration, training and process improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational effectiveness.
What we're looking for
- Relevant administration/business qualifications in office management and senior administration roles and/or relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience using SAP/myWorkZone or similar financial systems, including raising and managing purchase orders, processing invoices,
monitoring expenditure and undertaking financial reconciliations is desirable
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining financial records, project registers, databases and reporting information
- Microsoft Excel skills and demonstrated ability to manage, analyse and report on project and financial data is desirable
