The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our People & Culture team. This key role supports full high-volume recruitment, from sourcing and selection to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate start available for the right candidate, based in either our Perth or Queensland office.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interviews, book medicals, complete reference checks, and ensure onboarding compliance
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates to meet operational demands
- Deliver inductions and develop a candidate care program for new starters
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and recruitment agencies
- Work closely with the Perenti HR Services and Payroll teams for smooth onboarding




- Support broader People & Culture initiatives in partnership with the P&C; Manager
- Provide reporting and general HR support as required

About You

- Proven experience in high volume recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or blue-collar environment
- High level of initiative with a proactive and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to multitask under pressure
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly regarded)
- Working knowledge of employment legislation
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related fields (desirable)
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office and reporting
