Essity is seeking a Maintenance Leading Hand at our Springvale manufacturing site. You will oversee protected, reliable operation of assets, coordinate daily maintenance, and mentor trades personnel on a predominantly hands-on role.
Based at Springvale, you will spend ~80% on the factory floor troubleshooting and maintaining production equipment, with ~20% on leadership, planning and systems administration. This role offers a succession path to Maintenance Leader and exposure to TPM programs.
