This is apermanentpart-time role within Council's Natural Workplace and Sustainability team, based in Moruya.The successful applicant will provide project administration and coordination support across a range of environmental and sustainability initiatives, including research, reporting, procurement administration, and technical project support.

Working closely with the Division Manager, the role contributes to the effective planning, monitoring, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery of projects and programs, ensuring compliance with Council processes, legislative requirements, and project objectives.

The salary range for this position is $44.59 to $48.67 per hour, plus 12% superannuation.

About you

You are an organised and proactive professional with strong administration, coordination and communication skills. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment, managing competing priorities, and supporting projects to achieve successful outcomes.

You have experience providing project or administrative support, preparing documentation and reports, maintaining accurate records, and working with a range of computer systems and software. Your ability to build positive relationships, provide excellent customer service, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team will see you thrive in this role.
