We are bolstering our leadership capabilities in our Telecommunications division, essential to positioning our rapidly growing ASX-listed organisation for long-term success.

We are looking for a Program Manager to join us and support in the delivery of our projects, with the flexibility to work from any of our main offices including Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

n

Key responsibilities:

n

n
- Providing strategic and operational leadership across national telecommunications infrastructure projects, from planning through to execution and close-out.
n
- Providing strong face‑to‑face leadership with clients, project teams and suppliers.
n
- Driving governance across project controls, reporting, data requirements and cost management.
n
- Project and contract management, ensuring contractual KPIs, quality standards and financial outcomes are achieved.
n
- Overseeing HSE, commercial and legal compliance across all activities.
n
- Identify commercial opportunities and develop strategies to expand scope and revenue.
n
- Strengthening client relationships through proactive risk management and clear technical guidance.
n




- Mentoring and developing project leaders, ensuring high performance, accountability and engagement.
n
- Managing escalations and building effective relationships with external stakeholders.
n
- Promoting cross‑state collaboration, innovation and knowledge sharing.
n

Experience required:

n

n
- Experience in telecommunications infrastructure program delivery, ideally across complex geographical areas.
n
- Proven experience delivering major back haul fibre projects, with a recognised industry reputation and the ability to cultivate strategic client relationships that support sustained portfolio growth.
n
- Robust stakeholder and client relationship management capability.
n
- Expertise in leading distributed project teams and managing multiple concurrent priorities.
n
- Strong commercial acumen, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
n
- Excellent communication, facilitation and mentoring skills.
n
- A proactive, innovative and collaborative leadership style.
n
- Tertiary qualificationsin a relevant field and project management certifications would be highly desirable.
