Job Description

This is a long-term opportunity for someone looking to do more than just drafting. The company is seeking a professional who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, mentoring others, and helping build a high-performing department.
Key responsibilities n
n
- Leading the drafting department and coordinating outsourced detailers.
n
- Producing 3D models and shop drawings using TEKLA and/or ADVANCE STEEL.
n
- Carrying out site measurements when needed.
n
- Maintaining effective communication with clients, engineers, project managers and other stakeholders.
n
About you nn
- Robust knowledge of Tekla Structures and/or Advance Steel.
n
- Good understanding of structural steel fabrication and construction processes.
n
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
n
- Pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
n
n
