Honeycombes Sales and Service – Townsville QLD

We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department at our TTC Branch.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be a key point of contact for customers, managing service requests, providing repair updates and helping resolve service-related enquiries. You will also coordinate repair schedules, support the daily operation of the workshop and complete the associated administrative and reporting requirements.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Schedule and coordinate repair work to support efficient workshop operations and Service Technician utilisation.
- Communicate regularly with customers and provide timely updates on repair progress.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles, service records and departmental data.
- Process work orders, warranty claims and product improvement claims.
- Complete daily invoicing and assist with resolving order-related issues.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to coordinate servicing before machinery delivery or collection.
- Support Workshop Supervisors and Foremen in achieving operational targets.
- Reconcile warranty accounts, customer debtor accounts and maintenance records.
- Prepare accurate reports relating to technician performance, bonus calculations and departmental results.
- Ensure service operations remain compliant with OEM and other applicable requirements.

About you:

- A strong customer service focus and the ability to identify and prioritise customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- The ability to learn new systems and tasks quickly.




- A collaborative approach and the ability to contribute positively within a team.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with digital reporting and maintaining accurate records.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and solid attention to detail.
- At least two years' experience in a customer-focused role.
- Completion of Year 12
