The Opportunity

Join our high-performing South Australian sales team as a Sales Specialist - Aged Care, where you'll drive growth, build strategic partnerships and deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes.

You'll take ownership of a key territory working closely with aged care providers to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers and deliver long-term value.

What you'll do

- Grow and manage a high-value aged care territory across Adelaide metropolitan and regional age car providers, as well as all South Australia Country Health facilities.
- Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders and decision-makers
- Identify and convert recent business opportunities
- Drive revenue through strategic account planning
- Provide market insights to support business growth and innovation

What you'll bring

- Experience in medical, healthcare or aged care sales (3+ years preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong consultative selling and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly driven, resilient and commercially focused
- Strong planning, organisation and CRM capability
- Passion for improving outcomes in healthcare
