Production Operative - Wetherill Park

Hands-On Role | Manufacturing Environment | Ongoing Opportunity

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused Production Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or chemical environments who values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting safe and effective chemical production processes, including:

- Picking raw materials to prepare liquid chemical batches
- Mixing chemical blends to required concentrations and specifications
- Operating equipment for pumping liquids and dissolving powders
- Filling and packaging products ranging from 5L to 1,000L containers
- Performing manual handling of materials (up to 25kg)
- Operating a forklift where required
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free workspace

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

- Previous experience in a similar production or chemical environment




- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Strong attention to detail, especially when completing documentation and batch records
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and procedures
