- Afternoon Shift - Thursday Only (3:30pm to 11:30pm)

The applicant MUST be able to work the above (x3) shifts weekly.

We are a busy 3.5 star motel located in Inner West Sydney (Burwood). We are seeking a motivatedindividual who is passionate about service standards and guest satisfaction.

Duties Include, but are not limited to: nn
- Greet and Welcome all guests
n
- Guest registration to include Check In/Out procedureBalancing daily transactions
n
- Handle guest queries and complaints
n
- Liaise closely with all departments in the Hotel, particularly Housekeeping and Maintenance
n
- Dealing with reservation enquiries
n
- Thisrole would suit someone with Hotel Front Office Experience.
