Appointment Setters Required for car buying centre

We Buy Cars is one of Australia’s fastest growing car buying centres. We are a Brisbane based and privately owned company that has been operating in Australia for over 25 years.

We are looking for ‘experienced’ telesales / sales /cold outreach / appointment setters / Monday to Friday or our Kedron Brisbane office.

Full time (38 hours a week) positions available

Monday to Friday

Immediate start available for the right candidates

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call handling environment

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Confident qualifying leads and asking the right questions

Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and outcomes

Highly organised with strong attention to detail in CRM management

Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-based role

Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise effectively

Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not essential)





Key responsibilities:

Manage inbound enquiries (phone, email, web) and create a robust first impression

Qualify leads based on property, mobility needs, and budget

Book high-quality appointments aligned with Sales Team availability

Take ownership of the lead-to-appointment conversion funnel

Execute structured follow-up to maximise conversion opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot) and track all interactions

Collaborate with Sales Surveyors to ensure appointment quality

Re-engage and nurture older or unconverted leads

Meet and exceed conversion and follow-up KPIs

Participate in coaching and continuously develop sales skills
