About the role

You will lead our construction projects and service operations in the Northern Territory. Reporting to our General Manager, you will oversee delivery from quotation through to completion and help shape the next stage of our growth. This is a senior role with genuine ownership, requiring you to move confidently between a construction programme, a complex service issue and a client meeting.

You will set transparent standards, support your people and take responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of your work.

Key responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop technicians, apprentices and supervisors across construction and service
- Oversee project delivery, planned maintenance, breakdowns and refrigeration work
- Manage scheduling, labour, procurement and subcontractors to meet programme and service commitments
- Review quotations, budgets, forecasts, margins, variations and job performance
- Provide technical direction and help the team resolve complex site issues
- Build strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants and suppliers




- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new work
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, workmanship and customer service

About you

- Relevant HVAC and refrigeration trade qualifications
- Substantial experience across installation, service and maintenance
- Proven ability to lead field teams, manage competing priorities and make sound commercial decisions
- Experience with work in remote areas
- Clear communication skills and ability to hold people accountable
- Comfortable representing the business with senior clients and taking ownership when a job needs your attention
