- Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects from initiation through to implementation and transition to BAU. /n
- Develop project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, RAID logs and delivery governance /n
- Manage multiple IAM workstreams and co-ordinate technical and business tams. /n
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. /n
- Identify delivery risks, issues and dependencies and drive timely resolution. /n
- Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and steering committee processes. /n
- Excellent knowledge of IAM concepts, SailPoint (preferably), Privilege Access Management /n
- Act as the primary delivery interface between IAM engineering teams and business, network, technology teams. /n
- Manage relationship with technology vendors, implementation partners and managed service providers. /n
- 8-12+ yers of experience in IT Project/program management, with significant experience managing enterprise IAM implementation or transformation programs. /n /n /n
