Cold Rock Ice Creamery Lilydale is looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive team member aged 18 or over to join our team.

This is a part-time position with approximately 15–30 hours available per week. We’re looking for someone who is interested in a stable, long-term role and would like to learn, grow and become a valued part of our team.

Previous hospitality or retail experience is helpful but not essential . full training and support will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

- Providing friendly customer service and taking orders
- Preparing ice cream, desserts and other products
- Using the POS/register and processing payments
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
- Restocking and helping with general store tasks
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Helping with opening and closing duties
- Working together with the team and supporting junior staff when needed

About you We’d love to hear from you if you:

- Are 18 years or older
- Are friendly, reliable and comfortable talking with customers
- Have reasonably consistent weekly availability
- Are available for a mix of evening and weekend shifts
- Are comfortable with cleaning, restocking and closing duties
- Are willing to learn, take feedback and help where needed
- Can reliably travel to and from Lilydale
- Are looking for a stable, long-term position





Hours & Pay Approximately 15–30 hours per week, depending on availability, training and store needs.

Hours may initially be at the lower end while you complete training, with the opportunity for more consistent hours as you become confident in the role.

Hourly pay will be based on age and the applicable award classification.
