About the Role

Green Light is seeking experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Architects and Engineers to support a major Digital Identity and Cyber Security initiative within a large enterprise environment.

We are looking for specialists with proven expertise in either Delinea (formerly Thycotic) or BeyondTrust PAM solutions to provide architecture, design, implementation, and operational support across critical identity security programs.

The successful candidates will work closely with security, infrastructure, identity, and project teams to deliver secure and scalable privileged access solutions that strengthen the organisation's cybersecurity posture and support long-term digital transformation objectives.

Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across PAM architecture, design, deployment, and operational activities.
- Deploy and configure Delinea or BeyondTrust PAM platforms and associated components.
- Participate in discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions.
- Develop high-level and low-level solution designs and technical documentation.
- Integrate PAM platforms with enterprise identity, authentication, and security technologies.
- Support privileged account onboarding, credential vaulting, password rotation, and session management capabilities.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations for privileged access controls and governance.
- Support migration, upgrade, and optimisation activities within existing PAM environments.
- Provide knowledge transfer and operational handover to support teams.




- Contribute to governance, risk, compliance, and security review activities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a PAM Architect, PAM Engineer, Identity Security Consultant, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience implementing and administering either Delinea (Thycotic Secret Server) or BeyondTrust Privileged Access Management solutions
- Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management principles and best practices.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale identity and access management or cybersecurity projects.
- Knowledge of privileged credential management, session management, vaulting, and privileged account governance.
- Experience integrating PAM platforms with:
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- LDAP
- SSO and MFA solutions

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
