Job Title: Identity & Access Management Engineer (Sr.IAM Engineer)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity & Access Management Engineer with a strong background in Identity Frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 10 15 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing identity and access solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of identity governance, access management, and security protocols to ensure the integrity and security of our systems.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement identity and access management solutions that align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain identity frameworks to support user authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate identity solutions into existing systems and applications.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in identity and access management processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding identity management best practices.




- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.
- Document processes, policies, and procedures related to identity and access management.

Mandatory Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Identity Frameworks (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
- Proven experience with identity governance and administration tools.
- Expertise in access management solutions and security protocols.
- Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud based identity solutions (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM).
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Certifications in identity and access management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, IAM certifications).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of experience in identity and access management.
- Proven track record of successful identity management projects.
