Key Responsibilities
- Manage imports air and sea operations, including customs and quarantine documentation.
- Handle both national and international client enquiries, feedback and complaints.
- Coordinate import shipment movements and cargo delivery.
- Lodge outturn reports through automated systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Liaise with carriers, agents, and custom brokers.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year experience in freight forwarding / customer service / e-commerce logistics
- EDI Experience
