An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Account Executive to join a leading national insurance brokerage with a dedicated focus on the strata market.

This is a specialist position within a growing strata team, offering the chance to manage your own portfolio while working alongside experienced insurance professionals.

The brokerage has recently moved into a brand-new Brisbane CBD office and offers a flexible working environment, with three days working from home each week.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of strata clients, providing quality advice and building strong, long-term client relationships.

You will have the support of an established brokerage and access to experienced professionals around you, while still having a high level of ownership over your portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing a portfolio of strata clients from end to end
- Building and maintaining strong client and insurer relationships
- Handling renewals, endorsements, quotations and day-to-day client requirements
- Providing tailored insurance advice across strata portfolios
- Negotiating with insurers and ensuring appropriate coverage for clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow and develop existing client relationships




- Working collaboratively with the wider broking team

About You

We're looking for an experienced insurance broker who is confident managing their own portfolio and is looking to develop their career within a specialist strata environment.

Ideally, you will have:

- At least 2 years' experience managing your own insurance portfolio
- Strata insurance experience, or a background in commercial property insurance
- Strong understanding of the broking process and insurer market
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive approach to client service and portfolio management
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
