- Coordinating inventory intake across vendors, warehouse operations, and internal teams /n /n /n
- Managing delivery schedules and monitoring purchase order progress /n /n /n

- Supporting reporting and analysis to help drive informed decision-making /n /n /n
- Building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including Buyers, Planning, Supply Chain teams, and external vendors /n /n /n /n /n /n

Qualifications /n

- Strong administrative and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a process-driven environment

- Previous experience in Retail, Allocation, Inventory Management, or a similar field is highly desirable

- Proficient in Excel

- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail /n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders /n
- The ability to manage competing priorities within structured processes and strict timelines /n
