About You The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements:

- Proven experience in operational intelligence within a law enforcement, government,



or similar agency
- Experience applying intelligence methodologies including the intelligence cycle, critical thinking and analytical skills to

develop intelligence products to inform decision making
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary

team environment by managing expectations, building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders and navigating interpersonal differences
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of analytical software, databases and information management systems to deliver highquality

intelligence products
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and to effectively manage workloads and priorities to achieve
