Role Description This full-time Internal Sales role is an on-site position based in Brisbane, QLD. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing product advice related to electric motors, transformers, and pumps.

The Internal

Sales team member will manage inbound calls and emails, maintain customer records, and follow up on leads to support sales growth. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with the external sales team, coordinating with warehouse and service staff, and ensuring accurate information on pricing,



availability, and delivery timelines. The role also includes assisting with basic technical support, updating internal systems, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including explicit verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Sales experience, including quoting, order processing, and follow-up on inquiries and opportunities.
- Exposure to Training and Sales Management activities, such as supporting product education and assisting with sales processes.
- Basic understanding of electric motors, transformers, pumps, or related industrial products, or a willingness to learn.
- Competence in using CRM systems and standard office software for data entry and communication.
- Ability to work on-site in Brisbane, QLD, as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Relevant experience in internal sales, technical sales, or industrial distribution; formal qualifications in business, sales, or engineering are an advantage.
