/n /n Your duties will include but are not limited to:/n /n

- Support an Account Manager "buddy" in providing outstanding customer service

/n

- Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner

/n





- Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

/n

- Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers

/n

- Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions

/n

- Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers business

/n /n We are looking for an individual who possess the below skills:/n /n

- Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes.

/n

- Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills

/n

- Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.

/n

- A willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done

/n

- Solid relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills

/n

- A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPI’s
