Already performing in recruitment and ready for more ownership, more upside and a desk you can really make your own?

Marble is growing our Melbourne team, and we’re looking for an experienced recruiter who wants to take control of their desk, build something properly and be rewarded for what they deliver.

You’ll step into an established desk with active clients, live roles and a strong network already in place. The foundations are there, your opportunity is to take it further.

You’ll have the freedom to grow your market, strengthen client relationships, win new business and build a high-performing desk within the construction industry, backed by a team that knows what good recruitment looks like.

What you’ll be doing

- Managing and growing an established client base
- Winning new business and developing long-term client relationships
- Managing a warm desk with live roles, strong systems and established support
- Building your own market and growing a profitable desk within construction
- Taking ownership of your results, development and career progression

What you’ll bring

- Proven recruitment experience, or a solid background in high-performance sales
- Commercial thinking and a genuine drive to succeed




- Confidence in winning business and building strong client relationships
- The initiative to take ownership rather than wait for opportunities
- A desire to build something long-term, not just chase the next placement
