About the Role

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will support patients across assessment, treatment, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations
n
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans
n
- Provide therapeutic interventions and crisis management
n
- Administer and monitor medications safely
n
- Support patients and their families throughout their recovery journey
n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services
n
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
n

About You

n

n




- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n

n

Demonstrated experience in mental health nursing (acute, crisis, community, inpatient or AOD)

n

n
- Robust clinical assessment and decision-making skills
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
n
- Commitment to patient-centred care and recovery-oriented practice
n
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
n
