What you’ll be doing:

Walking into your centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sunshines over our beautiful nature escape. When the door opens,you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the communityspirit, while you catch up with your fabulous colleagues and yourspecial little ones.



You’ll encourage them to grow socially,emotionally while instilling a love for learning. You’ll work witha close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy asafe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll maintain highquality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with ourwonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you’llwalk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children arecontinuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.

You’ll be great in this role if you…

- Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early yearseducation and care
- Have an ACECQA approved Degree, Diploma or Cert III inEarly Childhood or equivalent
- Have experience working as a Diploma Qualified or Cert IIIAssistant Educator in an Early Learning setting.
- Understand the National Education and Care ServicesRegulations 2012, the EYLF and the NQF
- Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working withChildren card
