We are looking for a young, motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team in an Internal Sales role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may not have extensive sales experience but is keen to learn, develop their skills and build a career within a growing business.

You will receive training and support across internal sales, customer communication, product knowledge, email management and social media.

About the Role

Working closely with our sales and operations team, your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Preparing quotes and following up enquiries
- Processing sales orders and assisting customers
- Communicating with suppliers and customers
- Maintaining customer and sales records
- Assisting with general office and administration tasks
- Managing and responding to social media enquiries
- Creating and posting basic social media content
- Learning our products and services and developing strong product knowledge
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day activities

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Motivated, reliable and willing to learn
- Confident using computers and technology
- Comfortable communicating with customers
- Proficient or willing to become proficient with email and social media




- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
- Friendly, professional and approachable
- A positive communicator with a positive attitude
- Keen to develop their sales and business skills
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Previous sales experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude who is willing to learn.
