Supplying a diverse range of imported consumer products, they have built a reputation for delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers across Australia.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Inventory & Supply Chain Coordinator to take ownership of inventory planning, forecasting and replenishment activities across a diverse product portfolio.

Your new role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability whilst optimising inventory levels across approximately 1,200 SKUs.Key responsibilities include:

- Managing inventory levels and stock replenishment activities
- Developing demand forecasts using sales data, market trends and historical performance
- Raising and managing purchase orders with international suppliers
- Monitoring supplier lead times, shipments and inbound inventory
- Reviewing stock turns and identifying excess, ageing or slow-moving inventory
- Liaising with sales, warehouse and supplier stakeholders to ensure supply continuity
- Identifying market and consumer trends that may influence future demand
- Maintaining accurate inventory and forecasting data within NetSuite and related systems




- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across inventory and supply chain processes

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in inventory planning, replenishment, purchasing, supply chain or demand planning
- Strong ERP experience, ideally with NetSuite, Cin7, MYOB or similar systems
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Experience within wholesale distribution, retail, consumer goods, sporting goods, pet products, giftware, books, hobby products or similar fast-moving product environments
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret consumer and market trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, analytical and detail-oriented approach
