About the Role

You will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities

· Implement, configure, maintain and support Microsoft 365 environments, servers, network infrastructure, cloud services, backup solutions and other business IT systems for clients.

· Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting client systems, applications, networks, cloud services and related infrastructure, including identifying root causes and implementing appropriate corrective actions.

· Monitor the availability, performance and reliability of client IT environments and respond to system, network and service disruptions to minimise operational downtime.

· Communicate with clients to understand their requirements. Plan and perform system upgrades, software deployments, configuration changes and infrastructure improvements as per client requirements and technical standards.

· Test and validate system functionality following software deployments, configuration changes, upgrades and infrastructure modifications to ensure systems operate as intended.

· Configure and support Microsoft 365 services, including user accounts, permissions, email, collaboration tools and related cloud-based services.

· Assist with the implementation and maintenance of server, network, cloud, backup and IT security solutions, including reviewing existing configurations and recommending improvements where appropriate.

· Analyse recurring incidents, system performance issues and support trends, and recommend technical or process improvements to improve system reliability, security, operational efficiency and software quality.

· Develop and maintain scripts,



configuration procedures and technical workflows to support system deployments, automate routine tasks and improve service delivery.

· Collaborate with clients, internal technical teams and external vendors to identify potential risks and variate to resolve complex technical issues and improve deliver system efficiency.

· Provide technical guidance and training to clients and internal support staff on system operation, configuration, maintenance, security practices and troubleshooting procedures. Establish an automatic risk detect program for client if necessary.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, implementation records, troubleshooting procedures, incident resolutions, operational guides and maintenance records.

· Review client IT environments and identify potential risks, system limitations, configuration issues and opportunities for improvements in performance, security and reliability.

· Provide onsite and remote technical support for complex hardware, software, network and cloud-related issues, escalating matters to specialist vendors or senior technical resources where required.

About you

· Have at least one year of full time work experience in IT Support Engineer or Test Engineer

· Have at least a relevant Bachelor’s degree or higher

· Strong stakeholder, client and vendor management and communication skills

· Ability to manage different tasks at the same time;

· Good understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, networking and Microsoft 365;

· Robust problem-solving, communication and team coordination skills; and

· Familiarity with common ICT Test and Support methods

Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
