- To be successful in this role, you should possess demonstrated experience in Level 1 Desktop Support

/n

- Have experience with Microsoft 365, Teams Telephony, Mobile Device Management, Domino Lotus Notes, Adobe Acrobat, Windows 10, Multifunction Devices with Follow Me Print and Case Management Systems preferable

/n





- Managing Recent Starters with IT Hardware provisioning and performing IT Inductions and Compiling IT User Guides & Process Documentation

/n

- Performing IT Asset Management of desktop hardware, mobile devices, SIM cards & peripherals

/n

- Support & troubleshoot audio visual equipment including ensuring that rooms for Conferences are set up correctly with the audio visual equipment before use

/n

- Raise IT requests with our external IT provider for account creation, following up tickets and ensuring quality assurance checks on new devices

/n

- Asset management power chargers and head sets mobile phones and sim cards spreadsheet creation and monitoring for assets

/n

- Experience with Crestron hardware preferable
