/n /n /n As a Java Developer reporting to Director – Software Engineering, you'll take end-to-end ownership of meaningful technical challenges — from understanding requirements to shipping production-ready solutions. You'll work across backend systems, security, and cross-platform development, contributing to both new builds and the evolution of existing products. /n /n You'll thrive here if you're self-directed, curious, and energized by solving complex problems that have real impact on a global scale. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- /n Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that meet or exceed product and client requirements /n
- /n Build and maintain security-focused applications of increasing scope and complexity /n
- /n Extend and improve existing systems — adding functionality, enhancing performance, and adapting to new environments /n
- /n Ensure cross-platform compatibility across all deliverables /n
- /n Monitor system improvements post-deployment and iterate based on performance outcomes /n
- /n Contribute to architecture, database design, and technical direction as needed /n /n /n Required Qualifications /n /n
- /n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience /n
- /n At least 3 years strong, hands-on Java development skills with a solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms /n
- /n Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases — including design, analysis, and querying /n




- /n Proven experience with continuous integration and deployment practices Demonstrated ability to write secure, testable, and maintainable code /n
- /n Experience with cross-platform or multi-environment development /n /n /n Preferred Qualifications /n /n
- /n Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure /n
- /n Experience with data warehousing or large-scale data systems /n
- /n Background or interest in application security best practices /n /n /n This position will be located in Sydney, Australia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 2 days a week in-office (may increase to 3 days in the future). /n /n This is a permanent, full-time role so candidates should have full working rights in Australia.
