About the role:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and hands on Junior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team in our Mount Waverley Office. In this role, reporting to the CIO, you'll be responsible for maintaining and extending the reporting systems used across Retail Safari campaigns, and acting as the key link between systems, programs and clients. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Maintain, administer and develop the reporting systems used across Retail Safari campaigns
- Investigate and analyse requirements for new reporting systems and platforms
- Gather, document and analyse business feedback and reporting inputs to generate insights and recommendations across all programs
- Produce accurate, complete reporting outputs that meet client needs
- Act as the key link between systems, programs and clients, building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Run regular WIP, system update and KPI meetings with clients and internal teams
- Identify opportunities to improve program performance, reduce costs and lift productivity through process improvements
- Evaluate field activity to identify system training needs and keep field team training materials up to date

About you:





- Relevant Certification in BI/Data Analysis
- 2+ years' working knowledge of Excel, Power BI/Tableau and T-SQL
- Experience with cloud technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, plus familiarity with AI and machine learning tools in AWS, Azure or GCP
- Confident in adopting AI technologies to streamline processes and reduce effort
- Strong ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data
- A calm, clear and persuasive communicator, comfortable with technical and non-technical people at all levels, face to face, by phone or via email
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships, collaborate in a team and mentor junior staff
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated, able to prioritise, work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
- A lateral thinker with a "can-do" attitude, strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning
