What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing an established portfolio of approximately 130 properties
- Maintaining accurate property records and documentation
- Working closely with the leasing team
- Providing end-to-end leasing support where required
- Ensuring a high level of service is delivered to landlords and tenants
What We're Looking For:
- Approximately 12 months of Property Management or Assistant Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a portfolio independently
- Good understanding of Victorian tenancy legislation
- Professional and reliable approach
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate or equivalent
