Capital SMART Brookvale is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers, managing assessments and information about repairs. The role includes travel to Lane Cove occasionally and operates Monday to Friday, 7.30am–4.00pm, permanent.

You will greet customers, provide accurate repair updates, maintain a friendly workplace, and handle the vehicle return process, addressing concerns with professionalism.
