TMA Group is looking for a motivated Trainee Print Operator to join our growing production team.

No previous printing experience is required. You'll receive hands‑on training from experienced operators while learning to operate modern digital printing, finishing and coating equipment.

What You’ll Do

- Learn to operate HP Indigo digital presses and label finishing equipment.




- Gain exposure to ABG Digicon finishing and Ravenwood Linerless Coaters.
- Assist with loading materials and monitoring production.
- Learn quality checking, finishing and packaging processes.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Work closely with experienced operators to build your skills.

What We’re Looking For

- Genuine interest in printing, machinery or production.
- Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, rapid‑paced environment.
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Able to safely handle materials up to 15–20kg.
- No previous print experience required.
