The Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will provide high level support to Partners in Property and Construction law. Your duties will include:

- Monitoring critical dates and key matter deadlines
- Registering leases and managing leasing documentation
- Tracking and following up special conditions
- Assisting with large scale property transactions and construction law matters, including construction disputes
- Diary management and scheduling meetings
- Managing billings and matter administration
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' Legal Assistant experience
- Previous Property, Construction, or Commercial law experience highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
