We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Export Coordinator to join our friendly team!

Key Responsibilities

- Processing and coordinating customer export orders
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders and logistics providers
- Coordinating airfreight and sea freight shipments
- Preparing and checking export and shipping documentation
- Monitoring shipment timelines and delivery schedules
- Coordinating stock availability and supplier lead times
- Managing customer and supplier correspondence relating to orders
- Ensuring all required export documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Maintaining accurate internal records and updating company systems
- Following up outstanding documentation,



bookings and shipment requirements
- Assisting with pricing, order administration and general export-related duties
- Working closely with the Business Manager and wider operations team

About You

- Has at least 3 years' experience in export coordination, freight, logistics or a similar role
- Has experience coordinating international shipments
- Is confident managing multiple orders and deadlines at once
- Is comfortable communicating with international customers and suppliers
- Works well independently while also contributing to a team
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
- Is looking for a reliable, long-term position
