ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Team Leader, you will work alongside our Production Supervisors to support the day to day running of the production team and help achieve our production, quality and safety requirements.





You'll receive hands on training and support as you develop your knowledge and confidence in the role.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate team members across the production line.
- Help organise daily production activities and allocate tasks.
- Support the team to meet daily production, quality and safety requirements.
- Monitor the production line and help resolve issues as they arise.
- Support the training and induction of new team members.
- Complete production and quality checks accurately.
- Help keep the production area safe, clean and organised.
- Identify opportunities to improve the way we work.
- Work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for someone who is ready to step up and develop their leadership skills.

You don't need previous experience as a Production Team Leader. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, reliability and ability to work well with people.

You could be:

- A senior production operator ready for your first leadership opportunity.
- A team member who enjoys supporting and training others.
- A retail or supermarket team leader.
- A hospitality or QSR supervisor.




- Someone with food manufacturing experience looking to progress.
- Someone from another fast-paced environment with strong people skills.

To be successful, you will have:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Confidence communicating with and supporting a team.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- The ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous leadership experience is desirable, but not essential – training will be provided.
- Unlimited working rights in Australia.
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle, or a reliable means of getting to work.

Monday to Friday

6:00am - 2:16pm

Potential for overtime.

REMUNERATION

$36.34 per hour + potential overtime
