Head Chef — Min. 3 years’ Sous Chef or Head Chef experience | $79,000–$85,000 + Super
Japanese ingredients supplied directly from Japan
Sous Chef — Min. 3 years’ CDP experience | $75,000 + Super
Commis Chef — Min. 1 year kitchen experience | $60,000
FRONT OF HOUSE (FOH)
Supervisor — Min. 3 years’ experience | $65,000–$75,000 + Super
