About you
- Minimum 1 year experience in a rapid-paced commercial kitchen, restaurant, or hospitality environment
- Strong food prep, plating, and kitchen safety/hygiene skills
- Full availability for weekend shifts, evenings, and public holidays
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume team environment
