 Act as L3 escalation point for complex DNS incidents impacting production services /n  Diagnose and resolve critical DNS outages, performance degradation, and security issues /n  Provide expert support for authoritative and recursive DNS infrastructures /n  Work closely with L1/L2 teams, NOC, and Core Network teams to restore services quickly /n Deep troubleshooting of BIND /n Perform DNS protocol‑level analysis /n Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents /n /n /n
