About the role

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers, Cleaners and Static Security Guards to join our team across multiple sites in Melbourne and other locations throughout Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Key responsibilities

Labourers

- General labouring and manual handling
- Site clean-up and basic maintenance
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting trades and site personnel
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

Cleaners:
- General commercial and site cleaning
- Cleaning offices, amenities and common areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and waste removal
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Following cleaning procedures and WHS requirements

Static Security Guards:
- Static guarding of sites and premises
- Monitoring access and controlling entry/exit
- Conducting regular site patrols
- Monitoring CCTV and security systems where required
- Completing site and incident reports
- Responding appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Maintaining a professional presence at all times

About you

Labourers

- Previous labouring experience preferred
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work
- Reliable and punctual
- White Card or relevant site tickets where required
- PPE and appropriate workwear




- Driver's licence is an advantage

Cleaners:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Good work ethic and professional attitude
- Relevant licences, tickets or training where required

Static Security Guards:
- Current security licence applicable to the state of employment
- Previous security experience preferred
- Good communication and observation skills
- Professional presentation
- Reliable and adaptable with shifts
- Current First Aid certificate is an advantage
- Driver's licence is an advantage
