Lead Educator – Pre-Kindy 3–4 Years | Cubby Care Browns Plains

The Kindest Kind of Kindy ?✨ Cubby Care Browns Plains is looking for a passionate and confident Lead Educator to join our team and lead our Pre-Kindy 3–4-year-old room for the remainder of 2026.

We’re looking for someone who is Diploma qualified or currently studying towards their Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and who is ready to take ownership of their room, support their team and create an engaging environment where children feel secure, connected and excited to learn.

About the Role

As Lead Educator, you will:

- Lead the day-to-day operation of our Pre-Kindy 3–4-year-old room
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that build curiosity, confidence and independence
- Plan, observe and reflect on children’s learning in line with the EYLF
- Support children’s social and emotional development as they build relationships and prepare for their next stage of learning
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Guide, mentor and support educators within your room team
- Maintain consistent, high-quality practice aligned with the NQS and our service philosophy
- Contribute to a positive,



collaborative and supportive centre culture

What We’re Looking For

- Diploma qualified or actively studying towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- Confidence leading and supporting a room team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, professional and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for the Pre-Kindy age group
