About the role

We are looking for a creative, experienced Lead Florist who loves bringing out the best in both flowers and people. You are an energetic communicator who feels right at home leading a team, setting high quality standards, and keeping shop operations running smoothly during busy rushes. You take pride in fine details, know how to deliver encouraging, constructive feedback, and are always ready to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team.

Key responsibilities

- Leadership & Team Growth: Guide, support, and upskill a team of florists with a positive, hands-on approach, providing encouraging and constructive feedback.

- Quality & Operations: Set and maintain exceptional floristry standards across all arrangements and keep daily shop operations running seamlessly.

- Workflow Management: Prioritize daily orders, streamline tasks, and maintain composure and efficiency during major flower events.

- Communication: Maintain clear, proactive communication across the team to foster a collaborative work setting.

About you

- Qualifications & Experience: Certificate III in Floristry with at least 2 years of recent industry experience.

- Leadership Skills:



Proven confidence in guiding, mentoring, and upskilling team members.

- Work Ethic: Strong eye for detail, excellent organizational abilities, and a thrive-under-pressure mindset.

- Communication: Energetic, approachable, and clear in team communications.
